Lantern Parade

The Lantern Parade will again be another fantastic evening in the Arts Festival Programme of events.

Cheadle Lantern Parade is this Saturday!🏮

Get ready Cheadle! The third annual Cheadle Lantern Parade is returning this Saturday, bringing a glowing evening of lanterns, live music and community spirit to the streets.

Leading the parade this year is Brazen Brass Band, an incredible all-female brass band bringing banging tunes, that big brass sound and huge oenergy. 🎺

Timings: Lantern collection at the Wellspring is at 6pm, then the parade starts from Wellspring Centre/ Tape Street car park at 6.30pm. We cannot give an end time but we guesstimate that the route will take 30 to 40 minutes to reach the Market Square where there will be live music.

This is event is being funded and delivered in collaboration with Outside
