The Cheadle Arts Festival 4th – 25th October 2025
The theme of the 2025 festival is Sharing the News.
The Arts Festival features:
- Arts Displays
- Drama
- Music
- Comedy
- Film
- Workshops & activities
- Competitions – Children’s Art Competition & Photography Competition
- Artisan Market
- Lantern Parade
A range of activities suitable for all ages, especially on Saturdays.
Many events are free of charge.
Preparing the 2025 Arts Festival
Feb 2025 – Steering group meeting and reaching out to local groups to participate
Mar 2025 – Seek funding – grants, donations and sponsorship
April 2025 – Finalise the main programme and Workshop schedule
May 2025 – Call to Artists for High Street Gallery and Showcase Day.
June – Community Art Activity starts
July and August 2025 – Artists and photographers are hard at work
September 2025 – sharing and publicising events and ticket arrangements
October 2025 – it all takes place
