Saturdays in October
Fun and free family activities
Saturday 5th October – start off round town and check out the pictures in the shop windows and take a peek at how the Urban Sketchers are getting on sketching the town on-location – you’re welcome to join in with some sketching too. Be sure to visit the market before dropping into the Guild Hall in the afternoon for some music, song and dance. Treat yourself to a cup of tea and a piece of cake as you relax and listen to the free performances.
Saturday 12th October – immerse yourself in the atmosphere in Pugin’s Gem by taking part in the mindful art activity while listening to the local singers and musicians perform folk and sea shanties.
Saturday 19th October – another big day around town with the Guild Hall and the Market buzzing with creativity, and a sprinkling of stardust from the street performers on top of that.
